Description

Triptych of images taken in Brighton (Where I live) England.
1 - View of Brighton seafront from perspective of sunbathers on the Palace Pier. My Grandad Jim worked on the Palace Pier in the early 60's on the slot machines. The pier now known as Brighton Pier (for some annoying reason) was opened in 1899.
2. The Helter Skelter on the Palace Pier - My great Grandad James use to work at the Helter Skelter in the early 60's.
3. The View from inside one of the Volks Railway wagon of Volks Railway. My great uncle George worked on the railway in the late 70's. The railway is 124 years old and takes you from the pier to Black Rock.
My family has lived in Brighton since the mid 1930's. This piece is dedicated to my Grandad, Great Grandad and Great Uncle.

The images were processed in photoshop using a cross-process effect.
